Hi There! I’m Suzi, my fitness journey has been quite complex as I’ve learned about my body and learning about how my body responds to different foods and exercise patterns. I have found that eating Paleo with the occasional (full-fat) dairy, white rice and white potato is what works best for me. I love cooking, fitness, lifting weights, being outside and learning. By day, I’m a social worker. By night, I’m an iron-throwing Quadzilla and kitchen ninja! Nothing makes me happier than challenging my body by lifting heavier, running farther and faster and focusing on making my body as strong as it can be! My partner in crime is Austin. He has supported me in my goals for as long as I’ve know him and I can’t thank him enough for that. We now share a happy life together with two precious little dogs, Zoey and Marley (who you won’t get sick of hearing about!).
